Christina Bicksler

Christina Bicksler, Chief Operations Officer, joined CET in 2021 as a member of the Innovation Team delivering decarbonization solutions on a range of topics including waste, energy, and carbon accounting. As COO, Christina focuses on finding efficiencies and seeking opportunities for innovation and process improvement. Her approach includes leveraging technology to streamline operational processes, foster knowledge sharing, and promote collaboration between self-organizing cross-discipline teams. She translates functional and operational requirements of agreed best practice processes into meaningful solutions that help drive teams toward their goals, and communicates and confirms strategies, processes, and decisions across the organization to support service delivery and accelerate mission impact.

Christina has been in the environmental consulting industry for over 25 years, leading cross-functional teams and multi-department operations to deliver science, engineering, and technology solutions for a variety of clients in the United States and Australia, including energy, oil and gas, mining, commercial, education, defense, and municipal, state and federal governments. Christina has a B.S. in Geology from James Madison University and studied Geographic Information Systems at the University of Denver and leadership development at the University of New South Wales, Australia School of Business. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a licensed Professional Geologist (PG).
