INSURANCE (full time employees)
Health Insurance
We offer several different comprehensive plans. CET pays 70% of the Individual and 60% of the Family coverages for the mid-range plan.
Dental Insurance
We offer a dental insurance plan and pay for 50% of individual coverage and 33% of family coverage.
Life Insurance
Full time employees receive a $20,000 life insurance policy.

PAID TIME OFF
Holidays
In addition to vacation time, the Center for EcoTechnology offers 13 paid holidays throughout the year for full time employees. There is no waiting period for use of holiday time. Five of these holidays employees have the option to “float” if desired.
Vacation Time
Entry level full time employees earn 10 days of vacation time annually for the first two years of employment. After two years, vacation time increases to 15 days. After five years, vacation time increases by one day each year for the next five years. Part time employees accrue vacation time based on the number of hours worked per week.
Sick and Personal Time
Full time employees receive 40 hours of sick time for the year and part time employees accrue sick and personal time based on the number of weekly hours. Full time employees accrue personal time up to 4 days per year.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
Retirement Plan – 403(b)
The Center for EcoTechnology offers a retirement plan for all employees through Mutual of America and provides a 3% employer match.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Employees may elect to contribute pre-tax dollars into an account to be used for reimbursement of health care and/or dependent care qualifying expenses.
