By Megan Denardo, Program Specialist The Massachusetts Farm Energy Program (MFEP), a joint project of the Center for EcoTechnology (CET) and the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR), is hosting two webinars later this month to help farms apply for the upcoming REAP grant. The Rural Energy for America Program, or REAP, is a federal grant
